It creates shortand long term serviced accommodation for young professionals as well asbusinessmen and airline crews. The serviced apartments are fully detailed inmultiple configurations in a modular form. The facade design is also a modularexpression of boxed windows and balconies creating a geometric visual inmonochromatic shades of white and greys.
One of thespecial details of the design is the central open courtyard in which the podiumgarden at first floor level connects to the open spaces of ground floor bymeans of a stramp feature. This cascading landscape detail with water elementshas nooks for group seating areas and provides shady breakout spaces for itsusers.
