This mixed-use development delivers the concept of work and after work spaces on a vibrant retail plaza with large store shopfronts and restaurants intermingling with the three office tower lobbies at its ground level. A mix of small and large stores, restaurants and a miniplex create opportunities to network, rejuvenate and celebrate.
The project has multiple configurations of office areas for large corporates sand a segment of serviced offices for startups and boutique companies.
The steeply contoured site allows vehicular circulation to be accessed directly at its three basement levels while the formal driveway at the elevated podium level skirts the various lobbies and retail plaza providing walks around its perimeter overlooking the cityscapes.
The energy efficient glass facades offer expansive views of the landscapes around. The steeply sloping site gradient offers multiple levels of parking floors that are naturally well lit and ventilated. The open plaza is naturally lit and ventilated providing pleasant break outs from the air-conditioned offices.
Mahima Elanza set out to redefine existing practices and notions of residential apartment design in the city. The core design principle of houses placed around courtyard spaces in vertical towers of stepping form gives the development its unique character. This is also accentuated by large multi-leveled voids in the towers that open up sky views at the lower levels and interconnect the gardens.
