A mindful habitat for work and wellness - designed inward, focused outward.
Spanning 90,000 sq.ft., this multidisciplinary corporate campus merges traditional design sensibilities with contemporary workplace thinking.
At its heart, a central green court with a reflective water feature enhances natural ventilation, daylight, and interaction across teams. Intermediate green courts and visual connections to the surrounding landscape create a healthy, uplifting environment that supports collaboration and creativity.
Sustainability is embedded at every scale - natural materials, rainwater harvesting, and smart shading systems work together to reduce heat gain and minimize reliance on artificial energy. The design prioritizes well-being as much as performance, creating a space where people and nature coexist.
Mahima Elanza set out to redefine existing practices and notions of residential apartment design in the city. The core design principle of houses placed around courtyard spaces in vertical towers of stepping form gives the development its unique character. This is also accentuated by large multi-leveled voids in the towers that open up sky views at the lower levels and interconnect the gardens.
