Standing prominently tall on an important arterial road of Jaipur, Argus is a successful expression of vertical living and the concept of luxurious terraced apartments in the sky. The design of the tower responds to the 360-degree expansive views of the city and the Aravalli hill ranges to the north and east. Drawing from the philosophy of solar passive architecture and sustainable design, the 64 luxury apartments are planned in a rotation around the central core of the building creating large voids for public and private terraces at multiple levels. These voids are the core of the iconic character of the building, creating self-shading, introverted interaction and ventilation through the spaces.

Mahima Elanza set out to redefine existing practices and notions of residential apartment design in the city. The core design principle of houses placed around courtyard spaces in vertical towers of stepping form gives the development its unique character. This is also accentuated by large multi-leveled voids in the towers that open up sky views at the lower levels and interconnect the gardens.
